Payments and fees


No, prepayment is not mandatory, the reservation can be paid directly in the car park by selecting the "Pay in Parking" rate when booking on the website.

Major debit and/or credit cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, etc.). If during the payment phase you receive an error from the payment gateway, we suggest trying to make the purchase using another card.

It is possible to stipulate company agreements with special conditions and discounts extended to all employees. To stipulate agreements for companies, please write to info@linateparking.it.

Use of the facility


The car park is open and available 24/7. Upon entry into the car park, the entry columns will issue a ticket showing the date and time of entry which must be kept strictly to allow you to exit the car park at the end of your stay.

New Linate Parking does not keep the keys of any vehicle, you bring them with you and the entire structure is monitored by an advanced TVCC system.

Yes, after collecting your luggage and reaching the meeting point (EXIT N. 3, first floor Departures), in case the shuttle is not immediately available, it is advisable to call the mobile number +39 339 786 3944 or the landline number 02/70201021 (we will provide you with a reminder upon your arrival with all our contact details) in any case our shuttles run continuously so with a few minutes of patience you will still see it arrive.

Booking is not mandatory and we always have parking spaces available but it is recommended as it allows you to apply a web rate that is always very convenient, especially during high season periods. Reservations can only be made on our website.

It is sufficient for you to show the booking receipt to our staff at the cash desk (even on a mobile phone), or to indicate the surname used and booking number

The shuttle service transports passengers to the Departures sector of Linate airport within a few minutes (max 7/8), near the check-in area.

Once you arrive at the car park, collect the entry ticket directly at the entry columns (at the entrance barriers), park in the place indicated by the car park signs and lock the car keeping the keys. The shuttle service will pick you up directly from your parking space and take you to Exit no. 3 in the Departures sector of the airport.

Gas-powered cars (methane and LPG) are always allowed to park in our car park.

Linate and Malpensa airports are very well connected by shuttle bus services operated by various companies. The ticket collected at the entrance is essential to allow you to exit the car park at the end of your stay! If you lose your ticket you have to provide the following documents at the cash desk: - departure - identity document - car registration document

After paying or validating the ticket at the cash desk, you have 10 minutes to leave the car park.

You can avoid walking long distances with your luggage since the shuttle will drop you off directly at the check-in area of the airport. There is also a considerable saving on parking fees.

Yes, the shuttle service is always free and available from 4.30 am until 1 am. In the event of delays in the return flight, the shuttle will wait for you. If you need help please feel free to contact our office by calling the mobile number: +39 3397863944 or landline number +39 0270201021.

To cancel or modify your reservation please contact our office by email or telephone, always taking into account our Cancellation Policy.

Don't worry, write an email to info@linateparking.it or call 02/70201021 and we will forward you the booking data.

These changes do not affect the reservation, license plate or type of car are not essential data for us. In case there are changes to the times, we remind you that at the entrance you will collect a ticket with the actual entry time printed on it and therefore, upon your exit, the entire parking fee will be recalculated, always applying the web fee. Any rate differences can be paid directly at the car park.

You probably did not enter the email address correctly when entering the data. After making the reservation and any payment you will receive a confirmation email to the address indicated. If you do not receive it within 6 hours, contact our offices.

The New Linate Parking shuttles are branded and easily recognisable, as are our operators who always wear uniforms.
